The latest generation of our circular blade machines now provides you with even greater ease of use: The ROTEC 2000 is capable of cutting up to 300 slices of strip or tin bread per minute thanks to a cutting channel that has been widened once more, now offering a useful width of 210 mm. This translates to approximately 21 loaves per minute – depending on the thickness of the slices – which can be removed in a safe and ergonomic manner thanks to the powered discharge belt.
Better still, you can double this already impressive performance by using the machine in dual line mode. The ROTEC 2000 even handles bread loaves of different height without a hitch: simply adjust the height at any time – even while slicing is in progress. Controlling the machine is also convenient as can be thanks to the innovative new touch screen.
Even greater technical advantages for you: Place your trust in the servo drive, which not only keeps mechanical wear at a minimum but is also exceptionally easy to maintain. The package of the new and improved ROTEC 2000 is made complete by a design that is now even more painless to access for cleaning. The built-in light barrier provides for increased safety and efficiency as it stops the machine when the product flow is insufficient, also minimising waste and the risk of overheating.

It ensures that the loaves are fed to the Sitec 2000 in a smooth and continuous way. The integrated sickle blade is ideal for cutting dark varieties of pumpernickel. When the work is finished, you can remove the sliced loaves quickly and without effort thanks to all-round access to the discharge belt. 300 to 1200 loaves per hour: Equipped with an infinitely variable blade drive, the DG 45 bolsters your production process with two saw-toothed conveyor belts – even if your production load is higher than usual. The ability to vary the slicing thickness between 9 and 13 mm ensures that you will be prepared for any sort of contingency. The counter-spring height-adjustable upper belt adds a significant amount of convenience. Quality on trial: Naturally, we offer you the opportunity to thoroughly test our machines. We will set it up at your location and instruct you and your staff thoroughly on how to use it. If the machine fails to win you over during your trial period, we will pick up the machine and take it back for free.
